At DJ Use Only, you can shop with confidence. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All the branding product(s) from DJ Use Only are purchased from the official distributors or manufacturers or suppliers. Warranties apply to product(s) sold in Australia only and eligible for Australia only. Most of our product(s) will come with their own warranty card within a certain warranty period (depending on the product, model number and branding), and the warranty card is normally inside the package. Please complete/ register and return the warranty card within certain days of purchase as per the manufacturer’s request. Failure of return may invalidate the warranty.
If you purchase product(s) from DJ Use Only and discover a manufacturing fault or defect, we will help you get it repaired or replaced through the Australian distributor of the brand under warranty. If the product is dead on arrival or develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, please bring the receipt, a valid photo ID and the product(s) to our store. We might be able to provide a quick assessment of, and remedy for, any issue with your product before you go through the claim with the manufacturer. We will refund or replace a brand new product(s) (subject to availability) after our assessment and discussion.
After 14 days of in-store purchase or product(s) delivered, please follow the contact information from the warranty card for any product issues, replacement and a claim.
It is important to read the manual and setup instructions to ensure you understand how to properly and safely operate the product(s). Please contact us immediately when you identify a problem or faults so there are no delays in processing the refund or replacement. We are happy to help even if you have any trouble with the product(s) set up. If you have any trouble with the manufacturer’s claim, we will use reasonable endeavours to help but make no representation that it will be able to do this and we have no liability for the product warranty or claim after 14 days of purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded.
