Delivery Policy

We provide multiple delivery options: carrier delivery or pick up at our store. Please check the delivery options below for the details of each delivery option. We aim to package and dispatch your premium products within 1-3 working days after your order has been confirmed through our payment gateway. There may be occasional delays from external factors such as issues from carriers, but please rest assured that we will keep you informed along the way. While we take great care in packing your order, we cannot guarantee damages caused on the way to your place. Your satisfaction and premium shopping experience are our top priorities. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us with photo evidence within 7 days of arrival. If your parcel’s tracking information has not been updated after a day or two, please contact us directly – we will look into this and provide you an update. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provided is accurate to avoid any charges for re-delivery or shipment redirection.

Delivery Options

DJ Use Only is a Brisbane-based business that serves customers all across Australia. We strive to deliver to every location within the country. Once your order is confirmed and payment has been approved or received, we will process and dispatch your order. We can deliver to PO Boxes or Postal Lockers in Australia if the size permits. If not, we will contact you for an alternative delivery address.

Free Shipping Over $100 - Standard Delivery (2–12 business days)

We strive to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience. To achieve this, we offer free standard delivery for all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a standard delivery fee of $9.99 applies.

However, if you live in a very remote area or an area that requires light aircraft or barge transport, or if our national courier company does not provide door-to-door service to your location, an extra delivery charge may apply even if your order amount is over $100 and qualifies for free shipping. In such cases, we will contact you to inform you of any additional charges.

Express Shipping - Express Delivery (1 –2 business days)

Please note that we do not offer free express shipping. If you would like to have your order delivered via express shipping, additional charges will apply.

Payment for express shipping can be made separately through direct bank deposit or our online payment checkout. If you do not agree to accept or pay the express delivery charge within the specified timescale, we will send your order via standard post.

International Shipping

We do not accept any international orders.

Please note that the delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location and the delivery options you choose. Estimated delivery dates are based on tracking information or tracking links provided by the courier. We are not liable for any delays in delivering your order.

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At DJ Use Only, we believe we should offer the customer the best possible advice and customer service. We are always here to give you the best shopping experience, you can always reach out to us by the methods displayed on our contact page.

If something that you have purchased from us is not right, or if you change your mind, depending on different criteria, we would be able to provide different solutions. Please see the different scenarios below for eligibility and qualification.

If the product(s) have not been opened, unboxed and packaging remains intact, we are able to return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable (if any) and will deduct from your total refund amount.
If the product(s) have been opened, have damaged packaging, or are still in a “re-saleable” condition, or may be accepted back at our discretion, we will refund the amount minus a restocking fee of 30% of the invoiced value. The restocking fee incurred because the returned product(s) is no longer sold as brand new. Shipping fees are non-refundable (if any) and will deduct from your total refund amount.

Earphone and Headphones Returns

If the product(s) have not been opened, unboxed and packaging remains intact, we are able to return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable (if any) and will deduct from your total refund amount.

If the product(s) have been opened, have damaged packaging, or are still in a “re-saleable” condition, or may be accepted back at our discretion, we will refund the amount minus a restocking fee of 30% of the invoiced value. The restocking fee incurred because the returned product(s) is no longer sold as brand new. Shipping fees are non-refundable (if any) and will deduct from your total refund amount.

Exchange

If you would prefer to exchange the product(s) for something else, rather than receive a refund, please come and visit your local store. To qualify for an exchange, your purchase must be returned within 14 days from the date the product is received, undamaged, unused and in their original condition (remains intact). Please bring along your proof of purchase (normally your receipt) and valid photo ID. Please keep in mind that any difference in price between your new product and the one you’re exchanging will need to pay the difference (if your new product costs more than the one you’re exchanging) or we will refund the difference (if your new product costs less than the one you’re exchanging) via the same method used for the original payment.

Damaged Delivery

If you receive a delivery and find that the product(s) are damaged, it is important to report this immediately. If the product is damaged at the time of delivery or collection, you should inform the courier or reject the shipment, please contact us immediately. Please ensure to report any damage with photos evidence and attached in the email info@djuseonly.com.au.

Returning Product(s) in-store for refund or exchange

  1. Bring your proof of purchase (purchase receipt), your valid ID with photo and the original payment method or card you used for the purchase.
  2. It is a requirement for the fulfilment of refunds, exchanges and warranties that you use your best endeavours to return all out-of-the-box accessories (such as cables, power cords, batteries & manuals) supplied at the time of original purchase. We encourage you to use the original packaging where possible in order to avoid damage in transit.
  3. You must also return any bonus offers included with the original purchase.
  4. All the returning product(s) must be in a “re-saleable” condition, this will be at our crew’s own discretion after assessment.
  5. Any delivery charges are non-refundable and will deduct from your total refund amount.
  6. Even if the product(s) you purchased were advertised with ‘Free Delivery’, you may still be responsible for paying the actual shipping cost when returning the item(s). We will inform you of the actual shipping cost at the time of return.

While returning Product(s) by courier

  1. You will need to organise the return by your own courier at your own expense.
  2. Once the product(s) has been received and assessed we will be in touch with you to discuss your options.
  3. Please place a copy of the order confirmation email or receipt inside your return package as well.
  4. It is a requirement for the fulfilment of refunds, exchanges and warranties that you use your best endeavours to return all out-of-the-box accessories (such as cables, power cords, batteries & manuals) supplied at the time of original purchase. We encourage you to use the original packaging where possible in order to avoid damage in transit.
  5. you must also return any Bonus Offers included with the original purchase;
  6. All the returning product(s) must be in a “re-saleable” condition, it will be at our own discretion after assessment.
  7. If you return an item, any delivery charges will not be refunded and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  8. You might need to pay the actual shipping cost even where the product(s) shown “Free Delivery” if you return

Refund

Where DJ USE ONLY is obliged to refund your payment (due to any return/reject/ cancel order, or for any other reason), we will use our best endeavours to process your refund in a timely manner.

Your refund or credit will be processed once the product(s) has been returned and assessed to be in good condition. A friendly reminder, all the shipping fees are on the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable. Even for “Free Shipping” product(s) we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from your total refund amount to cover our administration cost (for change of mind). All the return shipping fees are the purchaser’s (customer’s) responsibility, you will pay the carrier when you ship your return or we will deduct from your refund amount. To qualify for a refund, your purchase must be returned within 14 days from the date the product received.

Refunds will be processed by us using your original payment method(s) within 2-10 business days (Monday – Friday 10 am to 4 pm Brisbane time, excluding public holidays). The actual time it takes for you to receive your refund may vary depending on the processing time of your financial institution or other payment provider. Cash refunds will be processed on the same day, if possible.

Refunds for product(s) purchased using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express Gift Card or other accepted gift cards may be credited back to the original gift card up to its original value, in accordance with the card’s individual Terms & Conditions. Refunds typically appear on the gift card within 7-10 days, although this may vary depending on the merchant and their policy.
